Biglicious Rolls is a Beaufort, South Carolina cinnamon roll and baked goods project. These Terms explain the basic rules for using the Biglicious website, membership signup, tester workflows, surveys, preorders, pop-up notifications, and related services.

You may use the website to learn about Biglicious, sign up for membership, respond to tester invitations, share preferences or feedback, and receive updates. Please use the site only for lawful, accurate, and respectful purposes.

Membership and tester access help Biglicious understand flavor preferences, communicate with interested customers, and collect feedback. Biglicious may approve, pause, limit, or remove access when needed to operate the program or protect the site and other participants.

Tester access may be invitation-only. Tester feedback may be used to improve recipes, products, packaging, communications, and future Biglicious offerings.

Being a tester does not guarantee free products, paid compensation, future invitations, or continued access unless Biglicious separately states that in writing for a specific tester opportunity.

Biglicious may announce preorder openings, pickup windows, pop-ups, or limited releases. Availability may be limited, and pickup, delivery, timing, quantities, flavors, and participation details may vary.

Ordering and payment terms will be shown at checkout or preorder time when orders or payments are offered. Biglicious does not guarantee that every product, flavor, preorder, or pop-up will be available to every visitor, member, or tester.

Biglicious may send email updates based on membership, tester, survey, account, preorder, or customer support activity. SMS messages are only sent with separate opt-in consent. For SMS, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out, and reply HELP for help.

Do not misuse the site, interfere with Biglicious systems, submit false or misleading information, attempt unauthorized access, copy private tester materials without permission, or abuse member or tester access.

Biglicious branding, recipes, photos, product names, website content, and related materials belong to Biglicious unless otherwise stated. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission.

The website and information are provided as-is. Biglicious tries to keep information useful and accurate, but does not guarantee that the site will always be available, error-free, or fully up to date.

To the extent allowed by law, Biglicious is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to use of the website, membership, tester participation, preorders, pop-ups, communications, or reliance on website information.

Biglicious may update these Terms as the site, products, programs, and business needs change. The updated date will show when the Terms were last revised.
