Terms and Conditions

Biglicious Rolls is a Beaufort, South Carolina cinnamon roll and baked goods project. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern use of bigliciousrolls.com, membership signup, tester participation, surveys, questionnaires, communications, flavor voting, preorders, orders, pop-ups, and related Biglicious services.

By using the website or participating in a Biglicious program, you agree to these Terms.

You may use the website to:

• Learn about Biglicious
• Join the membership program
• Apply for or participate in testing opportunities
• Complete surveys and questionnaires
• Share preferences, ratings, suggestions, and feedback
• Receive product, pop-up, preorder, order, or pickup information
• Participate in flavor votes and other Biglicious programs

You agree to provide accurate information and use the website only for lawful and appropriate purposes.

Membership allows Biglicious to communicate with interested individuals, understand preferences, conduct research, and provide relevant announcements or opportunities.

Membership:

• Does not require SMS consent
• Does not guarantee products, discounts, testing opportunities, or invitations
• May be paused, restricted, or ended when necessary to operate or protect the program
• May be subject to additional terms for particular events, products, or promotions

Tester participation may be invitation-only and may require an account, assigned survey, or specific instructions.

Tester feedback may be used to improve recipes, flavors, products, packaging, pricing, surveys, communications, marketing, and future offerings.

Being a tester does not guarantee:

• Free products
• Paid compensation
• Reimbursement
• Future invitations
• Continued tester access
• Product availability

Any compensation, product, pickup, deadline, or participation requirement will be communicated separately for the applicable opportunity.

You may voluntarily provide ratings, survey answers, questionnaire responses, flavor votes, suggestions, written comments, photos, or other feedback.

You grant Biglicious permission to use, analyze, summarize, combine, and rely on submitted feedback to develop and improve recipes, products, services, research, marketing, and business decisions.

Biglicious may present feedback in aggregated or de-identified form. We will not publicly attribute a quote or testimonial to you by name without separate permission.

Survey and voting results do not obligate Biglicious to produce, sell, or continue any particular product.

Biglicious may use non-SMS information you provide to understand your preferences, personalize communications, identify suitable testing opportunities, recommend products, create audience segments, and avoid promoting items that conflict with stated dislikes or restrictions. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent records are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Personalization is based on available information and may not always be complete or accurate. You may contact Biglicious to update your information.

Biglicious may announce:

• Preorder openings
• Limited releases
• Pickup windows
• Pop-up locations
• Testing opportunities
• Product quantities and availability

Products, flavors, dates, locations, quantities, pickup times, and availability may change. Submitting interest, joining a list, or responding to a message does not guarantee an order or reservation unless Biglicious provides confirmation.

When orders or payments are offered, applicable pricing, quantities, taxes, payment terms, fulfillment details, and cancellation terms will be presented during the ordering process or communicated separately.

An order is not final until accepted or confirmed by Biglicious.

Biglicious may decline or cancel an order because of availability, payment issues, errors, safety concerns, event changes, or other operational reasons. If payment has already been collected for an order canceled by Biglicious, an appropriate refund will be issued.

Customers are responsible for reviewing pickup dates, times, locations, and instructions.

Biglicious is not responsible for products that are not collected within the communicated pickup period, except as required by law or separately agreed.

Delivery, shipping, or alternate pickup arrangements are available only when expressly offered.

Biglicious products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including wheat, gluten, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other ingredients.

Preference, allergy, or dietary information submitted through the website does not guarantee that a product is allergen-free or suitable for a particular diet. Individuals with allergies or dietary concerns should request product-specific information before consuming a product and make their own consumption decisions.

Biglicious may send operational, transactional, membership, tester, survey, preorder, order, support, product, and promotional emails.

Marketing emails will include a method to unsubscribe. Unsubscribing from marketing emails may not prevent service-related messages concerning an active account, survey, order, request, or transaction.

Email communications must not be used to submit sensitive payment information.

Users who separately opt in may receive automated text messages from Biglicious Rolls concerning:

• Tasting opportunities
• Tester invitations
• Flavor votes
• Surveys and questionnaires
• Pop-up locations
• Product announcements
• Preorders and availability
• Order updates
• Pickup information

Message frequency varies. Members and customers may receive a few messages per month, while active testers may receive up to approximately one message per week.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to make a purchase, join Biglicious, or participate as a tester.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to wireless-service availability and carrier networks.

After an opt-out request, Biglicious may send a final confirmation message. Requests may require a short period to process.

We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share your mobile phone number and SMS consent status only with service providers that help us deliver, administer, secure, or support our messaging program.

Biglicious may use non-SMS information to personalize advertising, measure campaign effectiveness, create customer audiences, and promote products or opportunities through platforms such as Google, Meta, or similar services.

Promotions, contests, giveaways, or special offers may have additional rules. If additional rules conflict with these Terms, the specific promotion rules will control for that promotion.

We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide mobile phone numbers, SMS consent, or SMS opt-in information to third parties or affiliates for advertising, marketing, or promotional purposes.

You may not:

• Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading purposes
• Submit false or impersonated information
• Interfere with the website or its security
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Scrape, copy, or extract nonpublic data
• Misuse invitations, surveys, tester access, or member accounts
• Upload malicious code
• Harass Biglicious participants or staff
• Copy or distribute private testing materials without authorization

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

Notify Biglicious if you believe an account or invitation has been accessed without permission.

Biglicious may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect users, data, operations, or the integrity of a program.

The Biglicious name, logos, branding, recipes, photographs, product names, website content, graphics, software, surveys, and related materials belong to Biglicious or their applicable owners.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, or commercially use these materials without permission, except as allowed by law.

Biglicious may use or link to services provided by third parties, including hosting, authentication, payments, email, SMS, analytics, ordering, maps, and advertising platforms.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Biglicious is not responsible for third-party availability, content, or conduct.

The website, programs, communications, and information are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the extent permitted by law, Biglicious makes no guarantee that:

• The website will always be available or error-free
• Information will always be current or complete
• A tester opportunity, product, flavor, preorder, or event will remain available
• Communications will always be delivered
• Survey or personalization results will always be accurate

To the extent permitted by law, Biglicious will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, membership, tester participation, surveys, communications, products, preorders, orders, pop-ups, or reliance on provided information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses resulting from your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

Biglicious may modify, suspend, or discontinue website features, memberships, tester programs, surveys, products, communications, preorders, or other services.

We may update these Terms as the project, services, technology, or legal requirements change. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute will be handled in an appropriate court located in South Carolina, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented for a particular order, promotion, event, or program, form the agreement concerning the applicable Biglicious service.
