Biglicious Rolls is a Beaufort, South Carolina cinnamon roll and baked goods project. This Privacy Policy explains how Biglicious Rolls (“Biglicious,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and processes information through bigliciousrolls.com, membership and tester programs, surveys, questionnaires, email and SMS communications, preorders, orders, pop-ups, and related services.

We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Section 5 describes our SMS program, required disclosures, and the limited service providers that may help us deliver text messages.

Biglicious may send emails concerning membership, tester participation, account activity, surveys, questionnaires, flavor voting, product announcements, pop-ups, preorders, orders, pickup information, offers, and customer support.

We may personalize or segment email communications using information such as flavor preferences, prior survey responses, tester activity, purchase interest, location, communication engagement, or other information you provide.

Marketing emails will include a way to unsubscribe. Transactional or service-related emails may still be sent when necessary to complete a request, administer an account, provide an order update, or respond to you.

SMS participation is optional. Biglicious sends promotional or marketing text messages only after a user provides a mobile number and actively checks the SMS consent box on our website.

If you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Biglicious Rolls about tasting opportunities, tester invitations, flavor votes, surveys, pop-up locations, product announcements, preorders, order updates, and pickup information.

We use mobile phone numbers and SMS consent records only to operate the Biglicious text messaging program, document consent, honor opt-out requests, and send the messages you requested.

We may retain records showing when, where, and how SMS consent was provided, including the consent language presented at that time.

We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share your mobile phone number and SMS consent status with service providers that help us deliver, administer, secure, or support our messaging program, including messaging platform providers, phone companies, and related vendors. Those providers may use that information only to provide messaging services to Biglicious.

Biglicious is designed to learn what members, testers, and customers enjoy and what they prefer to avoid. We may combine non-SMS information from membership forms, tester profiles, surveys, questionnaires, campaign responses, orders, and engagement activity to create preference profiles and audience segments. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent records are not used for third-party advertising audiences and are not sold or shared for marketing or promotional purposes.

These profiles and segments may be used to:

• Recommend relevant flavors or products
• Invite people to appropriate testing opportunities
• Avoid promoting products that conflict with stated dislikes or restrictions
• Personalize surveys, emails, website content, offers, and announcements

Biglicious does not currently promise that every listed advertising or analytics tool is active. This section describes tools we may implement as the website and project develop.

Where required, we will provide appropriate notice or choices regarding cookies and similar tracking technologies.

Biglicious may use non-SMS information, such as email addresses, names, preference information, survey responses, website engagement, and purchase or product interest, to:

We may share non-SMS personal information with service providers that assist with:

• Website hosting and infrastructure
• Database and cloud storage
• Email delivery
• Authentication and account services
• Surveys and analytics
• Payments, orders, and preorders

• Security and fraud prevention
• Advertising and campaign measurement using non-SMS information

Those service providers may use non-SMS information only as permitted by their agreements with us and for the services they provide.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate memberships, tester programs, surveys, communications, preorders, orders, support, analytics, product development, business operations, security, and recordkeeping.

Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information and why it was collected. We may retain consent, opt-out, transaction, and communication records when needed to document compliance or honor your choices.

Biglicious may collect allergy or dietary information to understand preferences and testing suitability. Providing this information does not guarantee that any product is free from allergens or suitable for a particular dietary requirement.

Biglicious products may be prepared in environments where common allergens are present. Product-specific allergen information should be reviewed separately before consuming a product.

The Biglicious website, membership program, and tester program are not intended for children under 13. Please do not submit personal information concerning a child under 13.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No website, database, communication system, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
